BCM-610: Managing BCM Project

This one day course is provide the necessary guidance for participants who needs to kick-start and manage a BC planning (BCP) project. This course is developed to equip participants and BCP project managers with practical and useful tools and techniques to successfully track and manage BCP projects.  The participants will also be equipped with the development of BCM framework, policies, scope and budgetary requirement.

BCM-620: Analyzing and Reviewing Risk

This one day course is designed and developed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the organisation’s risk assessment and review process for a business continuity project.   Each participant will be equipping with practical and effective skills and a proven approach to achieve the desired outcomes of a risk treatment.

BCM-630: Managing and Analyzing Business Impact

BCM-630 is a one day training course designed for participants to manage, conduct and coordinate an in-depth business impact analysis project.  This course is designed and developed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of the organisation’s critical business functions and processes, its impact, inter-dependencies and tolerable recovery objectives.  The participants will be required to walkthrough the detailed content of a typical BIA project.

BCM-640: Evaluating and Implementing Recovery Strategy

BCM-640 is a one day course to equip participants with the core skills to identify viable business continuity strategies and evaluate them, and to put together a corporate-wide business continuity strategy supported by the business unit strategies. Participants will also acquire skills to transform the results of the risk assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to develop the recovery strategy.

BCM-650: Implementing BC Plan

BCM-650 is a one day course for participants to determine the business requirements for effective response, recovery and resumption, as well as the ability to translate them into effective and efficient BC plans. Participants will also acquire skills to transform the results of the risk assessment, Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and developing recovery strategy stages into viable BC plans.

BCM-660: Testing Business Continuity Exercises

This course for participants to develop and conduct effective tests and exercises as part of a sound BCM programme. This course will empower BCM organization coordinators with the knowledge and skills needed to develop test-exercise programmes, execute the tests, and update the BC/Disaster Recovery (DR) plans.

BCM-670:Sustaining BCM Program

This one-day course is designed to help participants achieve a sustainable BCM program. This course is developed to equip participants and BC/DR organization coordinators with practical and useful tools and techniques to successfully manage BCM program.
