Course Objectives
Attending the BCM-300 course will provide the participants with the pertinent skills and knowledge, empowering them to:- Assist the business head in determining and implementing the BC project and plan.
- Identify possible threats that may disrupt critical business functions in the business units and organization.
- Identify and analyze business requirements to recover the business unit’s critical function.
- Develop effective functional response and recovery plans.
- Conduct tests and exercises as part of the organizational requirement.
- Strengthen organisational resiliency to counter major incidents and disasters.
Course Benefit
- At the end of this course the participants will acquire the essential skills and knowledge in BC management and planning. They will be equipped with skills to guide their departments or business units in reducing and mitigating the impact of the financial losses and legal liabilities, thus protecting key organisational assets; as well as ensuring the continuity and recovery of critical business operations during a disaster.
Conditions for Award of Certification
BC Certified Specialist (BCCS) Certification is awarded to participants who successfully complete their BCCS examination, with verifications of the participant's experience by Certification Committee of BCM institute.

Administration and Pre-course Information
- This is a two day course, with an extra ½ day (2 ½ hour) for BCCS certification qualifying examination.
- Learn how to prepare for this course by having a good understanding of all the terms found in Competency Level (CL) 1 and CL 2.
- Upon confirmation of payment, the candidate will be provided a 20 questions practice examination.
