General Terms and Agreements

1.1 Confirmation of participants
Participants will only be considered as confirmed; either after full payment has been made or credit facility has been approved by BCMInstitute. If payment is due by the participant's organisation, or sponsored by an organisation; the participant will be liable for all cost incurred should the organisation fail to make payment by the published due date.

1.2 Cancellation & Postponement
Cancellation and postponement shall be made in writing to BCM‐Institute; cancellation policy is based on invested cost of organizing the
training and opportunity lost to the training provider. Cancellation of the course is subjected to the following penalties: 15% of the course fees if cancellation notice is made 30 or more business days prior to the first scheduled date of training; and full payment due will be levied on any cancellation less than 30 business days prior to thefirst scheduled date of training. Postponement of the course is subjected to the following penalties: full payment must be made seven business days prior to the commencement date of the training as initially scheduled and an additional payment of SGD 150 per training day.

1.3 Funding
Singapore Government Grants ‐ All grants are administered by the respective agencies and are strictly on a reimbursement basis. While
programs by BCM‐Institute have been endorsed (Pre‐Approved) for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, all administration and control relies solely on the proper authority. We will support all application upon the effect of this document.

IDA CITREP ‐ The reimbursements of the cost have to be process online at www.idaicms.gov.sg. The reimbursement process is detailed at www.ida.gov.sg/citrep . The reimbursement requires action by both parties' authorised personnel and BCM personnel; we will support and
guide the entire process. You are advised to be familiar with the Terms and Conditions as listed by IDA CITREP. It is a pre‐requisite for
participants to attend at least 75% of the course and pass the prescribe examination. Re‐take of examination is acceptable within a set time frame.

1.4 General Terms and Conditions
BCM Institute will conduct the course only if there are sufficient participants. BCM Institute reserves the right to alter the course content, alter the course location, cancel or reschedule course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered for deferment to the next run of the same course.
