BCM-100: BCM for Senior Management

BCM-100 is a ½ day foundation course with no examination. This course is designed to provide Senior Management with an overview of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework, the scope and definitions in BCM, the roles and responsibilities as part of corporate governance and compliance and the key success factors in the BCM programme and BC project. This course will also enhance skills required to develop, implement and maintain the BC plan.

BCM-200: Fundamentals of BCM

BCM_Institute_BCCPBCM-200 is a 1.5 day foundation course with a 50 multiple choice question examination scheduled on the last day. Each candidate must achieve a score of 75% or higher in the examination to be awarded the BC Certified Planner (BCCP) Certification.

This course is designed and developed for senior and middle management, department representatives, business unit coordinators and organizational BC managers and planners. This course is also a pre-requisite module for professionals and practitioners who intends to further establish themselves in BCM and DRP by pursuing higher-level certifications.
