BCM-200 is a 1-day BCM course with a 50-Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) based examination following the successful completion of the course. Participants will be instilled with the fundamental skills and knowledge in BCM. These skills will empower them to assist the organisational business units and departments in identifying critical processes; develop effective and efficient response, recovery and resumption procedures to ensure the continuity of these critical processes.
Course Objectives
This course will provide participants with the skills to:- BCM fundalmentals;
- BCM framework, scope and definitions;
- BC planning methodolog;
- Conduct effective risk assessments and business impact analysi;
- Identify and evaluate business unit continuity and recovery strategis; and
- Develop business unit response, recovery and resumption procedures and processe.
Course Benefit
At the end of this course, the participants will acquire the fundamental skills and knowledge in BCM; be empowered to coordinate BCP activities for their respective departments.
Certification
BC Certified Planner (BCCP) Certification is awarded to participants who has successfully completed their BCCP examination.

BCM-200 is designed for anyone who is keen on having a basic understanding of the entire business continuity planning process. This includes Senior and Middle Management, Department Representatives, Business Unit Coordinators, Organisational BC Managers and Planners. This course is suitable for those who are new to BC or DR, or recently been involved in BC or DR project /program within your organization.
