BCM Institute’s Examination and Re-Examination Policy and Pricing

Note:

•  Examination
  •  Early Examination Registration applies to registration and payment received within 30 calendar days from the exam date.
  • Standard Examination Registration applies to registration and payment received more than 30 calendar days from exam date.
•  Re-Examination *
  • Early Registration applies to registration and payment received within 30 calendar days from the exam date.
  • Standard Registration applies to registration and payment received more than 30 calendar days from the exam date.
  • These fees are applicable for the 3rd examination attempt for those that have already taken the course
• Cancellation/Refund Fees: SGD$100²

Notes:

* Re-Examination are for those that have failed or was absent on their first examination date and also include those that have expired certification and would like to re-certify

¹ Exam Result Validity

Passed = 12 months from exam date

Failed    = 90 days from exam date

² You are only allowed to postpone your exam date once within 3 calendar months from your exam re-registration date and cancellation fee would be in force and no refund given if notice is given less than 2 weeks from exam re-registration date.

Cancellation done 2 weeks from re-examination date 

Refund would be calculated as such Exam Fee - Cancellation Fee e.g. notice of BCCP early bird re-exam given was 2 weeks prior to exam he would be refunded (SGD125 - SGD100) SGD25.

Cancellation done less than 2 weeks from re-examination date

Total amount payable Exam Fee + Cancellation Fee e.g. SGD125 + SGD100 = SGD225

If you are unable to attend your re-examination within the stipulated 3 calendar month, your next re-examination date would be the following year.
