BCM Institute Malaysia - DRP 300 and BCM 300 courses in KL

 BCM Institute Malaysia ran the DRP 300 and BCM 300 courses in KL during the week of 8 September 2008. BCM-300 provides the participants with the pertinent skills and knowledge, empowering them to:
  • Identify possible threats that may disrupt critical business functions in the organization
  • Identify and analyze business requirements to recover critical business function
  • Develop effective functional response and recovery plans
  • Strengthen organizational resiliency to counter major incidents and disasters

At the end of this course the participants will acquire the essential skills and knowledge in BC management and planning. They will be equipped with skills to guide their departments or business units in reducing and mitigating the impact of the financial losses and legal liabilities, thus protecting key organizational assets; as well as ensuring the continuity and recovery of critical business operations during a disaster. Everyone benefited in one way or another through all the information sharing and exchange.
