Dr. Goh Moh Heng is the President of Business Continuity Management (BCM) Institute and the Managing Director of an Asia Pacific BCM consulting practice. Globally, Dr. Goh is a recognized expert in the area of BCM as he is frequently interviewed for his expert views in this area. During his career, he was the Global BCM Head for both Standard Chartered Bank and the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation or GIC. In Malaysia, Dr. Goh had assisted and trained many financial institutions and MNCs in the implementation of their BCM program and is conversant with the compliance of both BNM and international guidelines.
