BCM Fast Track Implementation
BCM-820: BCM Fast Track Implementation

Duration: 3.5 days
Organisations intending to implement a Business Continuity Management (BCM) programme will typically initiate a project to develop the BC plan. The BC project will involve several major stages like analysis, strategies, development and implementation. To support the project, the BCM team will undergo a series of organisational workshop sessions which addresses the specific BCM requirements and developments. The organisation should also adopt an industry-proven BC planning methodology that is consistent with international best practices. These are all key elements for an organisation to develop and sustain a successful BCM program. BC Managers and Coordinators are guided stage by stage through a combination of a series of workshop sessions and filling-out questionnaires.
