Programme Executive

Job description:

  • Assist in the smooth operation and coordination of online and onsite courses. This includes booking venues, setting up meeting links, printing course materials, invitations etc.
  • Assist in managing the operations of the certification and examination program
  • Assist in marketing campaigns
  • Assist in updating and maintaining clients’ database
  • Update social media platforms regularly
  • Providing administrative support with the HRD Corp claim processes
  • Perform and organize general administrative duties, including attending to customers’ enquiries on company products and services via mobile and/or email
  • Assist in writing and research assignments
  • Assist in any project or duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal communications
  • Have a decent knowledge of Facebook Ads, CRM, LMS
  • Computer literate
  • At least one year of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work independently as this is a remote working environment (until further notice)
  • Detail-oriented and can work under minimum supervision
  • Have a stable internet connection
  • A candidate who possess own laptop is preferable
