This 2-day course introduces the participant to a structured methodology for business continuity and crisis management planning and follows through by examining the practical aspects of implementation after the plan is approved. Roles and responsibilities of personnel appointed to execute the plan in a crisis situation are also defined and gaps in the required competency levels addressed.
The course is a combination of theory and facilitated hands-on application whereby concepts are translated into practice using a set of templates.
